07 Account Suspension & Closure
Haji BDT may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- KYC verification failure or submission of false information.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
- Extended periods of inactivity.
Users may request to close their account at any time. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned through the standard process.
08 Limitation of Liability
Haji BDT shall not be held liable in the following cases:
- Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
- Issues caused by third-party software.
- Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
- Losses resulting from the user's own error.
